Racing Extinction is a documentary directed by Louie Psihoyos who won an Academy award for The Cove. For this movie, Psihoyos set up a team of activists, professors and artists to create an amazing and touching documentary about life and the threats to life on our planet.
The team traveled the world to expose the exploitation of species and nature and the risks of mass extinction. As they report they want to “Spanning the globe to infiltrate the world’s most dangerous black markets and using high tech tactics to document the link between carbon emissions and species extinction. RACING EXTINCTION reveals stunning, never-before seen images that truly change the way we see the world”.
